1 General Introduction

bd365 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration & Eligibility

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is expressly prohibited, and if identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd365 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). New methods may be added in the future.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — the same for every method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

bd365 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — additional verification may be required for withdrawals to a new or different method.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳62,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not the total balance. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will cancel the bonus.
• Wagering requirements apply to winnings generated from bonus funds.
• The bonus contribution may vary for certain games — details are provided on the relevant promotion page.
• Using a bonus offer across multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 VIP Program

The bd365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on bd365 are operated on platforms provided by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.

• Game outcomes that have already been determined cannot be cancelled or altered.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bd365 reserves the right to determine the outcome of the relevant round.

7.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. bd365 reserves the right to change all odds. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, a decision will be made in accordance with bd365's own rules.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd365:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct gaming or betting.
• Using fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Engaging in harassing, obscene, or threatening behaviour.
• Allowing another person to use your account or renting it out.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bd365

bd365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or during a verification process. The relevant user will be notified of the reason where possible.

9.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your own account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any existing balance (subject to bonus conditions being met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction or login for an extended period. bd365's policy regarding balances on inactive accounts is communicated separately to registered users.

10 Limitation of Liability

bd365 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bd365 is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connection issues or the user's device.
• Losses caused by technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Account details being disclosed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders, etc.).

bd365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, although users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible in such cases.
